I don’t think I need to belabor the point that I prefer to stay home. For everything.
This is tricky and pricey for someone who enjoys dining out and still loves how the pandemic changed food delivery.
So, sometimes, I need to eat at home. That, however, does not mean I like to cook. In fact, I’m a terrible cook. I can make biscuits, killer scrambled eggs, and cast-iron steak because I learned those from Alton Brown. I can make breakfast potatoes because I’ve been making those since I was a kid. That’s it. Anything that requires more than one pot or has more than four steps sends me to the Land of Overwhelm.
This is why I love Dinner Delights.
