Rosechu makes the best strawberry shortcake you will ever eat. I’d put money on that.
Cua Vang, the owner and operator of Rosechu, was 17 when we first purchased baked goods from her. Back when her business was called Cua’s Keki, she participated in a bake sale for Black Lives Matter in August of 2020.
She offered two boxes, and we opted for the Ultimate Baking Box. In the box, we received cake pops, marzipan balls, an opera cake, cookies, mints, cream puffs, and a game-changing strawberry shortcake cube.
Both Hubster and I needed more of that strawberry shortcake, so we later ordered a full cake for the two of us.
